I have always wondered that one...every time I watch Terminator 2, I'm like "damn, how many times can he shift that damn thing?"

And it's cool Hollywood action, and I get that it's a lever action Winchester... but if you've ever had the opportunity to shoot one of those or say a Mossberg Shockwave... Knowledge aquired from everyday task. What I refer to as learning from your environment.

You live in a bubble. Don't do much outside of a select circle. Less "common knowledge".

Things we think are inherently simple become foreign task for those less well rounded.
