About time I made a thread for all the stuff I do in my shop. Full disclosure, I'm not a full time shop. I work a full time job as a Manufacturing Engineer, along with being married and have a 4 yr. Yes I hate sleep apparently. I've always wanted to run a shop and finally decided last year I needed to start making moves to see if I could make this work and keep this boat a float. So far it's been going well
Shop started as K^2 since it was myself and @adamk just trying to make some play money to support the boat on wheels called a Jeep. From there it evolved into forming the LLC on my own along with all the other stuff that goes with running a business that nobody really tells you about.
The first OG fool to let us work on his junk was @Joe J. Sure yall have seen his build thread but his Jeep really go the momentum rolling. Tons, re-gear, 3 link front, 4 ink rear. Essentially a basic one ton TJ, thing worked really well. Helps that Joe is a good driver too.
Dually Swap for @BigClay Looks a lot better now with the bed liner on the rockers. Don't have a pic though.
Some properly done Inverted-T steering on a TJ. Also did the 3 link on the front of this one.
Welded on JK track bar beef. Factory stuff was was ripped all the way off. Sure it had nothing to do with big tires and hydro assist (sarcasm for the idiots)
Link refresh on an old TJ build.
Don't look forward to the next set of WJ sliders I do. Was a complete pain.
Bit of custom work on an XJ @77GreenMachine
@D2320M CJ thing we call Yolonda. Did the front 4 link, full hydro, mounted the XP's in the front and back, replaced a C on a Dana 60 housing and did a good bit of cage rework to make it easier to get in and out of and lower the seats so normal people could drive it. Was a lot of first's on this build and learned a lot more than I thought I would.
