Toyota 9.5 re-gear, one third down. One to go.
14 bolt for a customer stripped down. Rebuilding the hubs and doing the disc brake swap. Getting the gears tossed in it here soon and the truss welded on.

Funny thing is after that third is done I will be two-thirds done since I still have a 14 bolt to regear.

Finally got my wide band, been messing with some hp tuners.

Another shaved 14 bolt. I still remember the first one I ever did over 10 years ago and it taking forever to do (cut off wheel, not sure what my thinking was). Now it's less than 15 mins from the time I pick up the sawsall till I put the grinder down after blending.

AAM 9.25 did today at work. Outside of the axle shaft seals a dumb easy diff to set up.
Which I guess I never came out and said it but I now work at Oliver's full time. Man what a refreshing change it was to go from Manufacturing Engineering to working in a shop full time. With that said if you need any driveshaft work give a ring.
Just some randoms from work.

Pair of JK fronts, can pretty much build these in my sleep now.

Little 10 bolt re-gear with a Yukon dura-grip. This thing was nasty, spider gears self destructed themselves. Took forever to get all the metal out of the housing.
Slag peels like this make me happy
Finally pull the rear diff in my explorer, was a bit of a bitch to get out.
Spider gear said not today.
yeah I'm sure this wouldn't make any noise at highway speed.
Limited slip clutches are toast, ears are gone on quite a few of them. Passenger side literally had no friction material left.
Gonna call ECGS tomorrow and get some parts on the way to freshen it back up. Luckily the gears are still fine.
