Full droop using 13.5” of a 14” travel shock. Before he was only able to droop 8” from full bump before the front shaft bound up. This will probably be the single biggest improvement in this thing as far as functionality goes.

I also tried my hand at re-tubing his front driveshaft. This is the first I’ve done. I used my homemade rotary weld positioner with a steady rest to align it all. I think it turned out pretty well. It’s not perfect but hopefully it’ll do. I just couldn’t bring my self to weld over the ways on my lathe.

Dude... I couldn’t be happier with how this thing is coming out. I was so worried that the stretch would cause the front fenders to look like crap. If Jody adds new fenders he’ll be able to cut them to fit the tire better and the opening will be even better shaped.

I was blown away by the headlights. Then I was blown away by the skid plate. It’s just flat out amazing.

Is there going to be some type of marker light as well, in the space in the side of the new headlights? That empty space looks very intentional so I was wondering.
