Show & Crawl at MarsFab Oct 2nd.

Looks like we're gonna have a big crowd. I've told everybody about it.

One thing I need to add is that there will be NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED. This is a family event and I'd like to be able to do this again in the future. A few of my buddies were talking about bringing some beer and that got me thinking. I'd just rather not have any here at all. If I see you with beer you will be asked to leave.

Sounds like a piece of cake as long as I don't have to eat the bun. The ole gastric bypass pouch doesn't take to kindly to swelling. :)

I guess if we had a plate to put it on we could try it. Would be hard to eat with a fork, but more power to ya. Might have to get a couple extra pepper pieces on there to make up for the bun.

Here is a logo I whipped up for the Challenge:

If the challenge gains popularity I might turn it into a sticker etc.

I just don't know how well some people will handle the NM Dog afterwards being off chamber/bouncing around on the rock pile. You might want to keep a garden hose near by to wash off the rocks.

After saturday at URE, can't wait till the 2nd of October at MarsFabs!

What does the rock garden look like?
Can a mildly built rig (3.5" lifted tj) play in it or is it built for buggies?
Ideally its best for 37s and up but there are a few spots you'd be able to play on. Either way you should still come hang out. Clean the jeep up and just show it off. I'm figuring this will be more of a show than a crawl anyways.
There will be atleast 3 buggies playing on the pile that I know of hopefully more.

I'll show you how it's done on 34s! That is if I ever get the jeep back together...

Started putting the RE springs on this week.. Noticed my rear driveshaft is twisted. yay. Tranny mount is shot, brake line is rubbing and leaking, engine runs like crap.. I'm sure there's more.

Chris just drop it off at my house with a blank check and I will call you when its all fixed. I promise you will be happy when you get it back.......:flipoff2:

lol you wouldn't get far with a blank check from me! New mini-spool is in and brake hose is replaced. Tomorrow is motor/tranny mounts and I guess I need to replace that driveshaft. :D This will be the third drive shaft. Need to have Oliver's make me one soon.

Put the Jeep on the computer and ran through all the various tests available. No codes, nothing apparently wrong. We saw some weird fluctuations on the MAP so while the Jeep was running I completely plugged and unplugged the MAP sensor. The jeep stayed running and seemed to recover decently fast even with a vacuum leak and no sensor reading. Then I plugged in a new one with it running and it completely shut off. I left the new one on there and the MAP fluctuations have stopped. I hope like beetlejuice that was my problem but I doubt it. Next will be the distributor. Only thing left.

Btw, this was a hijack and a free bump. :D See ya'll on the 2nd!

Any body coming to the rocks?
