Show & Crawl at MarsFab Oct 2nd.

Man! I'm tired. Thanks for all the help from everybody. Terry's hotdogs were great as usual. I had a blast, we had great weather, great people and great food. I'd say we had atleast 100 people here at one time and probably a bit more than that over the day. I took a few pictures of the crowd and a few rigs when I had a minute....

Finally got home and unloaded. Thanks to Chris for inviting me out to take care of the best customers ever! Thanks to everybody for being patient and grabbing their own drinks and making change! I was a one man band today, but I tried to keep up and keep it fresh as I went. I met Chris's family today, couldn't ask for nicer people! Thanks again for having me! I'll be at the Kings Mtn. Festival next saturday the 9th. This at URE, Bluegrass, chainsaw carving, wine tasting, and much more! Sorry, but I apoligize for the shameful plug!

Had a blast out there Chris!....gotta make this a regular thing!...I'm putting together some video my dad got...hopefully I'll have that up by tomorrow or late tonight

Carnage Report after the ride home...or should I say limp lol

- broken hub or stub shaft passenger front
- bent rear shaft passenger side

all on top of my already warped rear shaft driver side lol

we think I got a bad set of shafts cause they are bending WAY too easy for 35 spline chromoly :shaking: ....but oh well IT WAS A TON OF FUN!...gonna try and get up and running by the Farm event!

I drove by about 4pm or so on the way home from moving my youngest daughter. I totally forgot about the event. Saw a few people on the rocks still. Hit the horn to say hi but was way to beat to stop in. Anyone see a Green SuperDuty with a yak on top?

Cruiser looks familiar! Oh yeah, that was mine!

Sorry about that. I ate a candy bar and immediately got sick afterwards. Loaded up and headed home in a hurry. We can hit up the dollar menu later this week if ya wanna?

Well I walked the rock pile today to assess the damage and pick up trash only to find that there wasn't any! Not one thing! I couldn't be happier with the crowd and their respect for my place. Not only did I not have to pick up after any one, I also didn't have folks up on the pile that shouldnt be there trying to get in the middle of everything.

I will say one thing. This is the first time I've really had rigs on the pile since its been re-worked other than the black sammi. It was hard, much harder than I thought it would be. So for you guys that had a hard time or didn't get to play much, I'm sorry about that and next time I have an event it will be a little more forgiving I promise.

I can't say thank you enough to all the guys and their wifes who helped me with everything this weekend and to all of you came out to enjoy the nice weather. As good as this event went I'd say keep your eyes out for another event just like this one with a new and improved rock pile maybe late March or early April next year when the weather starts getting nice again.
