Last night: sliced pork tenderloin in Wateree swamp. The neat thing about a Rome is that it cooks in smaller sandwich size portions. Of course I forgot to bring bread. Who cares....it was delicious anyways.

@ramjo cooked us up some t-bones and ribeyes on our family vacation last week. A few went in the charcoal grill and these were over a wood fire. Both were excellent.
