Swampy go fast

I wire wheeled the headers that I got from LooseCannon a while back...they turned out pretty good. I pianted them with some high temp paint

now it's starting to look like something,look's good. i would think it's hard getting anything done in the cold like that!!!!!!!!!!:Rockon::Rockon:
 
Yea....The cold sucks. There's no way in hell I'd get that heavy non steering bitch in the basement without it running. I'm going to fire it up tomorrow :Rockon:. I still have to weld the front end back on...make a rad mount, buy a trans cooler....and load it on the tralier to take it to Larry's an Allience. She will be seeing a lot of tralier time next week.

It's cold and my truck is being a skank
 
Braxton and I almost got it to crank tonight. The timming seems to be way off. I have a guy comming over in the morning to check it out. Hopefully we will have it fired up open headers right around church time.

Dude , you kill me...you got a laugh out of me but I would have to come out of church and slap you with a bible:lol:

I bet it was freaking cold out there trying to get that thing started.

I'd say that it would knock me out....you slap is unboubtably 10x stronger than most pepople's right rooks
 
I'm up pretty early this mornin to work on the truck....It's freaking cold out there.
To do list for the day:
Make trans x member
semi clean up wiring
install rear driveshaft
weld front end back on
mount radiator

A guy from work is comming over around 11 to set the timming and help me get it running
 
Hahah. Come on out here and hang out in the cold with me.....I should be able to work on it in basement next week.

I have seen and heard it run! I have a vid to prove it! I'll post it in a lil bit
 
I hauled it over to Unbreakable's shop tonight....I'm going to work on it over there in the morning and then he is going to built the trans crossmember tomorrow evening.
 
X member is done...temp rear driveshaft is in....front will be in tomorrow (waiting on 1350 straps to come in). I changed the filter and put the trans pan back on. I will fill it up and soon as I can get the cooler lines back on it. I also have to go shoping for rad hoses tomorrow. I should have it Larry's muffler shop bright and early Thursday mornin.
