Hey Bro,your buggy is killer .I remember coming up to get the transfercase and seeing the beginning of this project with the lexus grill and hood . it has come along way and your tubing skills have too. I want shot gun at the farm if no one has called it.

:bounce2:
With the throttle stops installed and some shock tuning time, Sure!!!!!

kinda reminds me of the Honda ATC 70 I had when I was a kid and my dad set the throttle screw on like 25%.... 7 years old - 22 years old.... They both know how to get away with shit :shaking:

The weather today allowed me some extra buggy time. Went to see Dave at Olivers for some new yokes and carrier bearing set up. Then went to check up on PJ at M and M to plan out a few things he is going to do.....Then got to work a few things on the old girl tonight. Made 4 gussets for the lower section and a mount that the dash will sit on and mount to.

Just picked up my buggy from M and M offroad. I can not say enough about how PJ talks over plans with a customer then follows up with some smoking hot fab work...

Now I am going to move my front upper links, built the skid, mount the rear steer valve, mount the radi, mount both my cooling fans, cut out my gauges, build the oilpan skid, roof skins, side panels..... I'm sure there are 100 more things I will find along the way....

Thanks to Dave and Andrew at Oilivers for putting up with me on the whole drive shaft stuff. It has been a lot of research to get the rear drive shaft figured out. The front is now installed and turned out super sweet....

Yes it's a 2 piece. All spicer 1350 joints. The mid shaft is 2.5" and the front is 2". With the carrier mounted where it is the front and rear shafts are with a 1" of each other so I can have 1 spare shaft made to cover both ends....All componets came fron OLIVERS DRIVESHAFTS in Winston. Dave did a nice job on it and I'm pleased with the front. We still have the rear to do so lets see if we can pull a rabbit oout of the hat for this one also....
