hey man...if you need another hand, or a gopher or anything let me know. i dont mind.

Will do.... I think I'm going to have another build day soon, the buggy told me tonight "she missed me and was having daddy withdrawls..." lol

Haha, this is the buggy that was sitting in the basement sniffling when we went to get the welder isnt it?

Got the Rad mounted. There will be a piece of 1/8" trimmed to match the contours infront of the mount to the tube work with speed holes....

The bushing are the heavy duty ones used on HD motorcyles. They are one piece all the way through not the ones that are molded washers so they should hold nicely.

Kustom werks in Kernersville. They have a web site. I will have to look tonight and find it for ya.....

little progress

Bent another few bars.. Rolled and bent a ba to match the grill, then mounted the grill and started motor protection...

:flipoff2:Seen this the other night again, noticed a MAJOR problem! It's sitting backwards in the shop! Complete teardown and startover! Only way to fix this rookie mistake!

Works pretty slick doesen't it! Paint it and drill a hole in it, it's a tool now. Glad to help a little. Got a few other home made tools I'll show ya! Looks good man!

Now you've got no distractions to keep you from finishing it. I'll give you $2500 for the wheels and tires. :flipoff2: Better than breaking those axles. !
