Progress is slow.... Work for 3 or 4 hours and it looks like you haven't done anything. We got the sway bar mounted and flexed her out for fitment...

Got the rear shocks mounts made tonight. We cut and notch a couple of pieces of 1.25x.120 wall dom to act as a center guide to keep the 1" hole centered. Then it was through bored and a 1"x.250 slug welded in.

Got the buggy on it own weight tonight. Also got a new set of over head lights and tacked in the new tailight panels that Scott at Mudpro metals made from a napkin sketch....

Got the oil cooler mounted below the fuel cell.... Mud made these brackets and I welded in some old dowel I had laying around. The oil cooler will be held in place with hose clamps on final assembly.

Don't really matter cuz the Buggy looks Killa' ... Very Nice !!
 
Got the leds mounted tonight and made a bar to protect the Hids. It took forever to notch the bar that goes around the light....

Do I need to show ya some more tricks? That is a tricky notch, till ya look at it from another view! I'll show how to do it tonight!
