These should work they measure 3 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide . Anyone see a problem these being A little wider than my 3 inch axle tube

Those should work, I'd clean the threads up with a wire wheel and anti-seize on the threads during assembly.

the plan is to get the front bearings and brakes cleaned up this weekend and try to get the rear axle under the jeep.

Most of the time the nuts will not fit into the perches center hole.
Just c-clamp the pack together & flip the pin. Will probly need to use vice grips to unbolt the pins.
