The walking dead

I totally agree that is what the Doc told him at the CDC. That makes me wonder how Rick would have handled it if Hershel couldn't have saved Carl from his gunshot.

I don't know...Shane and Rick both looked hard at the two security guards/cops/ etc. that were laying dead beside each other at the place where they were going to dump the prisoner, and they made the comment that they didn't see any bite marks, so they must of had a scratch somewhere.

Also to Mac, I don't believe they told everyone at the CDC becuase Glen and Daryl (sp) seemed surprised to not see anymarks on the zombie from the last episode.

I think the Doc told Rick that he would totally shoot that Shane Guy if I were you. :D

Good point, I forgot about those 2 dead cops.

When we wheelin again JR?

Not soon enough! I know URE in June, Chinqupin in August, Harlan after that. I'll keep you in mind aslong as you'll do the same!

is everybody a carrier now? Doesn't take the body over till death unless bitten? Shane got up & went after Rick, I'll bet that's what the scientist wispered to Rick at the CDC..

ding ding winner

How do you know?

Ive got a feeling they might be about to introduce the Governor, or the TV shows version of him. Im really hoping they have a character like Michonne too. She was this badass woman who used swords to kill the walkers instead of guns. She also kept two of them on chains to help ward off the others.

I was really hoping to see her after reading this.

if they are all carriers, it makes you wonder what effects the virus would have on brain development in a fetus.

the baby will be amune.

Whats with the peason dressed like fryer Tuck with the chaind zombies?

That's the Michonne character MacDaddy mentioned a few posts up.

i wish it wasnt gonna be so long til the next season started. TWD is 1 of 3 shows i actually follow, guess i'll have to get some stuff done on my truck.

i'm thinking ricks baby will be immune to the disease.

one thing i dont get......they know that noise attracts the walkers, why havent they done anything to try and suppress the weapons? besides using axes, machetes, etc.

Because the name of the show would be "how to avoid the walking dead"

I don't know if anybody else saw this a while back, but Robert Kirkman (creator of the comic/show) said that "The Walking Dead" refers to the characters in the story and not the zombies.

That's the exact point where the show jumps the shark and loses it's appeal to the masses.

The reason the show has such an appeal is it throws everyday people into a situation that could for all intents and purposes happen (by a small stretch of the imagination). It drops us into their minds as they cope with the situations at hand and we get lost in the idea as we try to imagine what we would react to those events.

Now they introduce a lone wolf ninja who has zombie slaves and we we leave the realm of the plausibly possible. and from what i can tell, we get to meet an over the top character with devious intentions next season. I will give next season a try, but as of this finale....i have lost interest.

Thanks, I can stop watching the show now...

I'm of the opposite opinion regarding the new character; I think the introduction of this character breathes some new life into the show and judging by poll results by viewers, the best part of season 2 was the introduction of Michonne. The prison is the main location for all the drama (that and the townspeople of Woodbury), and Michonne becomes an integral part of Rick's group (at least based upon my understanding).

The two zombies that are chained behind her are supposedly her boyfriend and his best friend (both have their jaws and arms removed so they wouldn't attack her). I find it keeps the story interesting, and it's certainly better than reality TV :D

WORD.

And yall do know this show is (loosely) based on a comic book, right?

Give next season a shot. Michonne is one of the most badass characters in the series. I mean honestly, she kills them with a SWORD (one of those replica samurai things, when all hell broke loose she went to her neighbors nextdoor and took it). The show is about to get ALOT better (although be prepared for the stupid T-Dog and Michonne fall in love deal, I have a feeling thats coming up).

Thats right, although they don't last too long. They don't really explain why she has them, although I always assumed it was just to help her blend in.

If anyone's curious about that helicopter....I know the story behind that too....

I'll take a pm with that spoiler Mac :D
