Visiting WA state to runoff a machine my company just purchased.....PNW landscape is not what I expected....it feels more like the middle of Mexico.

It is like hwy 82 is the divide between mountains and the abyss.

Small-ish town called Yakima....I can see the mountains in the west, I think I am mostly in the middle.

I've been, was there 2½ months, and don't care if I ever go back. It was an experience, but I'm just not a big fan of Korea.

I can still smell it and sometimes have dreams that I'm there. It was probably way too long of a trip for my first time somewhere.

I work for a national hardware supplier( True Value) as a project manager. I set up new stores and handle remodels and relocations.

Do they still build many new stores? I miss the old legit true value with outdoor/hunting/fishing section and all. Way better than Lowes.

Yes, our goal is many a year. I have done a few this year and there are a few of us. I like them way better than the remodels as there is less stress.

Well work ended early and I had a 14 hr day drive to get to Cody WY. We will head back in the park tomorrow for another 14 hr day of driving
