It's a pork shoulder, homemade slaw and baked beans kinda night at the inlaws (with your choice of sauce)... good food and good times with family is what the holidays are all about for me.

Christmas was tonight so I could fly back to Raleigh tomorrow. Tonight was traditional dinner

The other night was our families chicken and dumplings

And then also our families bbq beef (which I forgot a picture of)

The family recipies are awesome and been made for a while now and nothing you can get anywhere else.

Trying to get back to my lo-carb diet... my version of an egg muffin, sans muffin.

Meat cup (1 chub of favorite sausage, formed into 6 muffin pan), cook for 10 min. and drain. Drop in egg, cheese, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, bacon bits - whatever you like. Bake for 14 mins (for just a little runny, 15-16 for firmer). Let cool for a few and eat! :)
