It was my 1st time making it & it was delicious! I combined 2 recipes & doctored it a bit to make it a little sweeter. I'll try to type it up tomorrow to share!

Ripped off a Pioneer Woman recipe for shrimp & pasta with tomato cream sauce, with a side of steamed asparagus dressed in butter and kosher salt.

Not quite dinner, but yesterday the Baconessence food truck was in town for lunch. I had the blackened bone in pork chop over stir fry rice with bacon, celery & diced pepper (stir fried with bacon grease). The wife had a chicken salad sandwich with two big slabs of applewood smoked bacon on grilled flatbread. It was phenomenal!
