What are you having for dinner?

Cast iron skillet some squash, zucchini and onions similar to what I cooked for @Noel and the rest of the misfits at the Veterans Ride, but with heavily dusted pork chops in Butt Rub.

Dinner is served!

All on the BGE partly so I could be alone and partly because the wife didn’t want dishes for me to clean…. nice of her.

Man I bet that was really good until it started to cool off and get dry and tough like turkey does...

It wasn't dry at all... but I had everything else ready, and the turkey went on the plate as soon as it was done. And I made sure it didn't overshoot temp.

I cooked a couple of extra pieces for tomorrow -- I know I will have do something to it, especially with reheating it. I have some duck stock and duck fat, I plan make a gravy from that.

reheat it on medium to low, in a pan of stock. It will help keep in some moisture as it warms up. Only need to get it warm enough for your liking.

@Noel @Caver Dave

Not dinner… but more of a snack over the next couple days.
