What have you done for your health today?

Not cool.

Let us know how it goes today.
X-rays this morning and another prescription. Waiting on insurance to approve an MRI.

Not going to go back through all 116 pages to see if this has been shared yet, but I have a pretty interesting app that I’ve used a few times to help grocery shop.

Yuka

It rates and tells you what’s healthy and what’s not healthy.

Take a picture of the barcode and it brings up the item. Tells you what’s good and bad about it and recommends healthier options.

The fact you scanned little Debbie’s lol 😂

To those of you who carry your lunch to work each day, how do you get enough proper nutrition? I'm either starving or sluggish from carbs. I carry two chicken wheat wraps made with rotisserie chicken, a big PB&J, some fruit, two boiled eggs, couple packs of crackers. I eat breakfast before work and eat good at night. I drink water all day and will take a Gatorade for when I may start to struggle with blood sugar. I just don't seem to get caught up until afternoon if at all.

I have lost over 30 since September. I cut out most carbohydrates and no snacking.

I am hiking every day with an app to track. Weights too. I feel great and should reach my goal of 50 by New Years.

Do you eat that all at once or snack? Snacking keeps me hungry. I just have to have a big meal and be done
