What have you done to your rig today?

Spent a few hours fixing the windshield wipers on the CJ so I can play in the snow tomorrow. Only have one working but that's more than I have had in 2 years. Thanks to @spraypaintman for the wiper motor, works better than my other one ever did.

Well 4 hours later my winch is installed. Took quite a bit longer than expected but it's in and tighter than a virgin on prom night. Still need to figure out a mount for the control box, under hood is running out of room fast.

I used a new one from quadratec.com UT I did upgrade to the poly bushing
I believe this is the one I went with
this HTML class. Value is http://www.quadratec

Just as an FYI, if you use a Poly Tranny Mount, you should also use Poly Engine mounts, different durameter mounts will lead to them wearing out faster...

After finishing mine I drove to Sams house. When Austin and I got there the trans and atlas were in the floor. When we left all he needed to do was burn the tits off the new sx's.

This don't look big enough to be 43s?

Dug mine out a little...... Not out of the snow but from all the clutter it has accumulated. Trying to get some motivation.....

Pulled my neighbor up his driveway since his 2wd tacoma was stuck a few blocks away.

He took this pic before we hit the stretch where they didn't plow. I pulled 4k for about a minute in that. There were times when we nearly stopped moving up the hill. Neighbors pulled their kid inside type mayhem.

I commited to the no fender club wakes em brackets off with a little help from the cutoff wheel.

It's not too bad unless it rains or you drive anywhere in the mud and no matter how little you spin tires when you get on the road your jeep will be dirty as hell.... I love it

Yea I love it people look when I'm in town like wtf.

Now imagine having 3.25 back spacing on a 15x8 and 37x12.50 swampers. I get all kinds of interesting looks

My tires aren't that far outside the fenders but it's funny when the roads are wet to see people back off from behind you due to all the water you're kicking up. Always neat to the 8ft tall rooster tails coming off the tires as well.

Dropped my yj fuel tank, pulled fuel pump assembly, got on the internet, reassembled the fuel pump, reinstalled the tank, cracked open a cold beer and fhrtp.

Will a stock 95 yj fuel pump run a Chevy 5.3 like they claim? We shall see. o_O

Saturday I started working on a permanently mounted 800W inverter. Factory jack is long gone so the compartment it used to live in fit the bill perfectly. Waiting on some terminals to finish.

*damn photobucket is screwed up and the picture won't rotate*

I cleaned mine yesterday, and it feels so good today after church I pulled it over by my tree and strung up my Eno hammock for a little R&R.

Went well but not too sure about the fairlead that came with it. May wind up getting a black one later.
Also need to pick up a vacuum canister relocating bracket. The one that came with the winch plate was a piece of crap that didn't have enough clearance to use.
