Finished up getting the tcase mounted. Trimmed the Barnes belly pan to clear the rear link crossmember and the front driveshaft. Threw the belly pan on and it promptly filled with gear oil out of the front output seal when I filled the case…I’m a dumbass and forgot to change the seal when I changed the yoke. Got
that fixed and threw the console back in and wired in the intercom.

All that is left before the ranch is finishing the front driveshaft, hanging the belly pan again and lowering the dash bar.

Ordered heater hoses for a Ranger with a 5.0 with an E150 coolant transfer tube and a Mohave heater.
Comes with free magnet from RockAuto!
Ordered pressure transducers so I can eliminate external gauges. All digital.
Ordered a ton of good electrical tools. Non-insulated terminals, miles of heat shrink, conduit and a heat gun. No more Bic for me.
Like they say, the last 10% is the costliest

Tried to crank up the 6.5L after letting it charge overnight. No luck and the DieHards died. Again. I've about had it with these damn batteries and Advanced won't warranty them, the just say "let's charge them up to see if they come back"
Going to try and pull them regardless, maybe they'll warranty this time around. Anyone got any recommendations for halfway decent batteries? I would love a pair of Odysseys since I run a Group 78 in my red truck and it hasn't let me down, I damaged the old one and got it warrantied with no hassle, but I can't afford to drop $700 for a pair of them yet
