What have you done to your rig today?

This pic is of one of my baby brother's truck and mileage

Been chipping away at little stuff for both of my trucks, I've mostly been busy with property maintenance but I managed to score a few things over the last couple weeks I've really been hunting to find for both trucks.
The crew will be getting a face lift; I scored a mint GMC grill out of the junkyard a few weeks ago, needs paint and a billet insert

During the same yard trip, I also picked up a Chevy grill and a 100 MPH speedometer; the grill was sort of an impulse since it's in great shape aside from being broken between the corner lenses. I've got it coated with PlasticWeld now and clamped together, since it's getting harder to find reasonably priced OEM parts that are in good shape I don't mind putting in a little effort to fix damaged stuff

Currently my red truck has a speedometer out of a Escalade/Denali trim GMT400, the difference being instead of the standard 100 MPH it's 130 and comes with a different backlight tint, and while it's cool and unique I've just sort of grown tired of it and I'd like to go back to the factory look.

I plan to recondition this cluster; I'm sort of trying to get that truck to the point people question the mileage on it, and little things like the condition of the interior pieces can make a huge difference.
I nabbed some extra needles to experiment with, they were super faded to begin with but after sanding the old coating off and throwing down a few coats of Testors fluorescent orange they came out looking brand new!

I scraped a tree at Kairos in March. I didn't know I did it until I got home. I put a football behind the dent and inflated it and popped it out but also fixed another dent above it that's been there for a while. It was nice to get to the backside of the cowl so it made it easier to fix both. I missed a pic that I wish I had taken. It was after I popped the dent out but before hammering out the creases
