I have saw these “kits” for sale all over the place randomly. Usually posted towards mail and newspaper carriers. I get a kick every time.

yep.
MIL is a mail carrier and has done 3 RHD conversions. First oen she did just this way. Her's did have a flimsy cover that went over the belt and pulley

I seen somebody put chainsaw bar oil and used motor oil in a rear diff yesterday. I'm not gonna say any names though lol.
