I meant the Inner Fenders, not the actual tube fenders. I didn't see any inner fenders on the BTF site.

I made the inner fenders myself.
18 ga sheetmetal (painted with hammered finish rustoleum) and the blue stuff is metro bus flooring, a friend gave me, attached with aluminum rivets.
