Cl find of the day

1988 Land Rover Defender D110

Is a D110 really worth $90k?

"The vehicle was acquired earlier this year and shipped to a shop in Florida to be completely reconditioned with no expense spared"

I think I know who lives in Florida and was the previous owner....

79 camaro

I'm jealous of the killer car collection in the pics.
Behind the Camaro with fuzzy dice, I see a Pinto with not quite finished badass paint job, a Nova, a 'vette, a van down by the river, a woodgrained Caprice station wagon with aftermarket wheels, and a boss suburban.

100k and couldn't spare the time to wash the damn thing before they took pictures? Sounds like a good deal! :shaking:

Owner and I have been short on time to get together for better pictures. He's selling to help family out. Damn shame because it's a very nice truck. As for pricing, compare to Arkonik. The rigs they sell are alright, but this one is in a lot better shape than what they usually turn out.

umm I think you misspelled grenade? 35's on a Dana 35 with a G2 cover

No no no... It's a G2 axle "AND" transfer case ;).....

Buddy of mine sent that to me asking if it was a good deal, I told him if he could get it for about 4 k less...

doubt its an accident, great way to get your ad passed around... it worked, didn't it?

Pretty sure those girls are there on purpose.....let's just say I know the guy and he's special

Part of me (the part of me that rocked a mullet and Jean Jacket in '86 in HS) would just about empty my savings for that. The OTHER part of me (the part that does NOT feel the need to get anything "back" from my HS days) thinks owning that would be a neon sign of pathetic desperation. '79 Trans-am also carries a similar stigma for me.

That IS one of the BEST examples I've ever seen of an "original" IROC though

I had a smartass comment all lined up before I looked at the ad.....That's just a damn nice car!!
