Post all your ride pics and debrief, will upload and post up about the ride when I get home tomorrow. This has been one hell off a weekend, great times.

I'm jealous. One of these days I will be able to get back into more wheeling. This raising a family thing is getting in the way!

More pics!!

Windrock, what a ride! We had a great weekend with weather that held out till sat night with great trail conditions!

Had our club meeting at 9am, discussed club business and our trail routes. Blake and Brad Mize decided to take a scenic route for the day which still turned into a broken d35 axle, isn't that how it always happens! We headed to trail 16, took in some scenery , and a good obstacle where some made quick work of the ledge and others fought a wheel base trap!

We then headed out on g1 to g5 and hit trail 15, we all got some thrills on this trail. Challenging ledges and deep v notches made it very entertaining.
Some of the group headed on back to start supper , some of us went to hit school bus and little mule. We had a blast, narly downhill ledges, massive climbs and rocks the size of Volkswagens. Besides a few body dings we all came out unscaved!

Trail damage I know of was a broken d35, and a broken 14 bolt locker.

Pulling Trey Pitts back. He ran out of fuel at the top of the mountain.

Same

Thanks for all the spotting! I have some mementos of the trip permanently embedded in the bumpers, sliders, and skidplates now

This isn't THAT big of a deal.....but it's funny because of how much I H8MUD and the fact that I'd do just about anything to avoid hours of cleaning it out of crevices in my undercarriage...mainly finding any way around it we can! Plus, @Jason W. 's comment makes this kinda funny too (Maybe you had to be there)

The video from 16 ended up being a lot less than I first though. Camera movement and people blocking shots made a lot of the footage not worth watching. But here are the clips that came out well enough to watch

Ciji and I had a blast. Lots of first for me on this trip. First time at Windrock and definitely not the last. Great group of guys and gals. Special thanks to Ben Covington for the spotting. And Robbie Mozley for the inspirational words at the end of 15. "Your going to have to hit it as hard as your willing to hit it to make it up.". "Are you in first gear, let's try second gear".

Hey Chris how are the new gears in the Taco, and did you drive it there?
