If you're ever in Salisbury...you'll never look at a piece of meat the same again. And the sides/courses are just as good.

Outside temperature isn't bad today but a tight low attic will still reach 125+. 3.5 ton furnace and coil changeout today and not a single dry spot left on any of my clothes! Love it.

That looks tasty! Had a hanger steak from Edmunds Oast here in CHS the other night and it was done right. Medium rare and seasoned with a liberal amount of salt.
