Kayak paddle last night

Pretty proud of myself for hitting 43.6 mph on flat water kayaking o_O
I forgot what kind of arm workout this is, going to keep trying to do it more often since all the rain keeps killing MTB around here.

Guess that's why its called Swift Creek.

Went for an hour walk this morning. I sure am tired of the heat and humidity.

Chest Day!

- 5 sets of incline dumbbell bench
- 5 sets of flat dumbbell bench
- 5 sets of push-ups
- 4 sets of leg lifts

Sometimes with a small group, sometimes with my wife
Many times, by myself so I can use the electric motor on my E-bike without anyone knowing.
FIFY :p

I went for an hour bike ride through the hood this morning.

We just bought another set of 45s and 35s from Epimoni Weightlifting.

Pound Plates — Epimoni Weightlifting

Located in Harrisburg and they offer instore pickup. I'm picking up ours today.

So, would you recommend them? I've been eyeing them up for awhile & they have some great deals on slam balls right now! (Adding more plates wouldn't be a bad idea either).

@jeepin' jen

So far I don't have any complaints. They have decent fit and finish but not to the level of rogue etc but its too be expected. They drop/bounce well from overhead and don't have excessive bounce which is nice. I would really love to get some competition style bumpers with the metal inserts but they are expensive/out of stock.

I think the wife paid 280 for a set of black 45s and black 35s(with the white Epimoni logo).

I have not looked at their slamballs but I do have a 100lb Dball from Carolina Fitness Equipment(Strencor brand). I would highly recommend their stuff and they are local to Charlotte.

Buy plates from Epimoni and other equipment from Carolina Fitness and pick them both up the same day and save on shipping costs

Thanks so much, I appreciate it! We just started a 6 week oly cycle so I have a feeling we're going to need more plates for @Mulishajoe. I missed out on a great deal on FB because I was being cheap...definitely not the time for negotiating :shaking:

I'll definitely have to check out Carolina Fitness too :D

Back day!
- 8 sets of pull-ups
- 8 sets of chin-ups
- ? sets of dumbbell rows (I lost count, so did them until I was exhausted)

My little buddy and I went for a 1 hr 10 min walk this morning.

Deadlifted 330 for 5 without a belt yesterday. Felt really good. Yesterday's workout was a 10m AMRAP of 200m run, 7 toes to bar, 14 kettlebell swings 21 wallballs. It got hard real quick. My strength numbers are continuing to improve each week which I'm super happy with.

We have a very nosy neighbor though. Went for a half mile cooldown run with 5 other people on Tuesday. As we were passing a house one of the neighbors was out filming us with her phone. I didn't realize what she was doing at first until I had passed her. Everyone that was running said hey or something similar to her(no response from her) and only when we got back did we realize that she was videoing us. Just waiting on the Neighborhood app post that we weren't social distancing/wearing a mask or a phone call/letter from health department that says we are running a gym etc.

Shoulders:

- 5 sets of seated dumbbell OHP
- 5 sets of rear delts (laying on my side on a bench)
- 5 sets of side raises
- 5 sets of rear flys
- 5 sets of front raises

Went for a ride in the hood with my little buddy. They are repaving the roads, so we had to stop and look at the heavy equipment.
