Just got back from here again myself. Can’t express enough how much I love this place. If you’re hesitant at all wondering if it’s worth checking out just do yourself a favor and go.

This was a trip for my daughters birthday, she said it was the best birthday ever. I had to take my XJ and felt like I pulled up to the biker bar with a scooter. I still had a lot of fun. It was also a good time for @D2320M to test out his new buggy, which did amazing.
Also ran into a guy I’ve met before and wound up wheeling with him and showing him and his dad around. His name was Blake, and they were super awesome. He got real bad off in the hole on Bourbon Street. I thought the sticker on the back was coincidence, but then realized it is @Infamous1 old buggy.

Place is awesome you should go. Easy tow, cabins are great, and trails are great. Reminds me of crozet in a way. Your never too far from the cabin. You don't even need to pack a lunch.

Buggy is just collecting dust in the garage. Let me know when the next trip is, I’d love to tag along and explore this place a bit. And sounds like an easy drive to get there.

How did Kendal’s buggy do? I’m sure it worked out well. :)

What a great trip! I'm already ready to go back.

It flat out works. Like really good. We are gonna make 2 changes, it’s getting a rock slider rail that will serve as a step also. It’s hard to get in and out of, and there’s already a set of 42” Treps waiting to get mounted up. ;)

Did the owner (600hp buggy Elena is sitting in) come wheel with y'all? Or was someone else driving it

Yea he wheeled all weekend. We broke off from that group early on. Too large to cover ground. We met a father/son from NC who were there for first time. We gave them the Dammit Bobby tour. Burbon Street got one and cripple creek got the other.
