You should try reprogramming a Super Duty just to accept some flashing light!
Freaking PWM and LEDs with bulb detection and circuit ohm and amperage parameters.....and and and. Heck we could write enough code that the driver door must be open, humidity outside is a certain percentage, and the engine has to be at a temp range, and the passenger seat un-occupied for a damn turn signal on the right side only to work.

I definitely get how that goes, I've added some auxilary lighting to my 6g bronco that required some fancy tricks in Forscan to work, But I haven't had to go to the extant you're talking about.. Yet

I was talking to my neighbor the other day about lane departure warning systems, and he was complaining that his BMW annoys the shit out of him when he changes lanes.
I smirked and said, "You know if you turn on your turn signal first it knows you're changing lanes and won't do that."
He looked at me like I had 2 heads. Did not understand.

Seems to happen more with NG than LP. My guess is that it's because NG migrates up and leaks go on undetected for a while before the boom

Last week I was late walking into a big training meeting, got there right before it was starting, almost all the seats were taken and I was hunting for a spot and said, "Afternoon everyone!". Several people yelled "Dave!" and this one guy after them yelled, "Norm!"

Everyone over about 45 laughed. All the young-uns just looked confused. It was a sad moment for me.

Youre assuming that it was 1 at a time. 2-3 at a time and the transition is a little longer.
