I have been wanting a larger table than I had but did not want to spend $3000

so I built a cheap one

I have thought about the same thing, but without the center section. My shop is small enough that I need to be able to get it out of the way as much as possible.

I love it. I bought one of those HF fab tables to mount on the side of my fab cart with the same idea. Right now its still an idea, rusting in a box.
I thought about getting one of those HF tables to start out. Good starter or are there better ones available? @BRUISER I think that is an amazing idea especially for people with limited space.

I really like your double wing idea. This is what I had in my old shop with a toolbox in the center for storage and a flip up side. One day I'll actually finish weld and paint this thing.

you are showing the other exact reason of having the wings fold down.. you can now hold stuff on side and top like your picture shows :)

the main center table top was from Northern tool, the frame was more heavy duty than harbors. I waited till they had a sale. the 2 sides ones are cheaper ones as I just need the tops
