Ok, makes sense, thought it was some kinda self-sealing clampless hose.

We have used the heat shrink clamps, manufacturers use them. They look great on high end builds and show cars. I would not use them for offroad application or anything that may get service or repair often. They are expensive and one time use.

They do make a clean look though!

Yes it definitely looks clean and slick, but I agree on the serviceability aspect.

Put a couple pieces of that repurposed NASCAR heat shield to use, under hood to protect some wiring, steering lines, and radiator hoses.

Even the crosshatch in those rear tins line up perfectly with the rollbar tubing. Knowing you, it’s been planned that way since Day 1.

The fact that it’s there despite no one being able to see it is like my dad always taught me “but I’ll know it’s right”. Words to try to live by. It’s the small things that define this build. It’s just pure art.
