SCDOT dump truck ftw! on blind corners or when you couldnt pass them because of oncoming traffic, he would slow down to 20mph, when we could pass him, he would speed up to over 60 to make it harder to pass him.

OK so this guy finally got booted for parking in the motorcycle spots as posted earlier he has now decided his own private spot is between the handicap spots. Not even douche. Just plain asshole

Parking in a handicapped spot earns you a ticket. Parking in the space between two van accessible spots should be immediate tow-away. He has negated both of the spots since where he is parked is a ramp landing zone.
 
Call the police. He should get 2 tickets since he is parked in 2 HD spots at the same time.

Or just hook a strap to his truck and drag it across the parking lot. Make him follow the skid marks.

Or find a buddy with a tow truck and call him every time. Make the douche hunt for his vehicle and pay storage fees.
 
The white Toyota on the left is 2wd....even more douchery.

What a ridiculous parking space... "fuel efficient vehicle" could be anything... I consider my 30 mpg Mazda pretty efficient...

My 4runner had super low emissions last year, it only ran for about 2 hours. Does that count?
