Biggoofy build thread 96 Jeep ZJ

Getting the jeep back tomorrow for Pro Built!!! Turns out the stock in radiator trans cooler was a bit backed up preventing proper cooling which destroyed the 3rd trans lol this is not a cheap game to play!!! 35s should go on friday!!

I did some test fitting today and I would have been golden if I had adj control arms to push out the front axle a bit so I might do some research and look for a quick solution and throw the 35s on there for good!

Goof, is that your Dodge carrying the tires? Remember what I said about those window decals on Mallcrawlin!?! The truth comes out!

Haha, the 35's look good... trim those fenders up, limit the up travel and get out on the trail.

Nah not my dodge haha and I would trim more but I would be hacking the 2x4 part of the boat sides so ill just wait

So URE opened today, when you going out there?

Making progress again finally!! Ordered all the claytons frame side brackets and belly skid. I also called Andy at Ironman4x4 and got everything figured out for my long arms he's making me. I would for sure recommend him to anyone as he is awesome to deal with! I'm hoping to have most all the parts needed within the next 2 months.

Went wheeling this weekend with some buddies only managed to destroyed a tire and just 5 min ago my rear drivers side window loading my jeep up! so looks like Ill be at the jy next weekend to grab a new one.

Thats about the sickest hummer I've ever seen

Long arms are officially ordered! I gave Andy over at Ironman4x4fab a call and got it all figured out today. Should have everything I need in a month or so then I just need all the Frobot fab brackets and I'll be set! I'll let Andy tell the details on the arms but the rears are JJs on both ends.

More progress is being made my wife is picking up all the Claytons subframe parts and skid from ECGS on friday for me. Ill be putting them on as soon as I can and selling my IRO belly skid to recoup some money to buy some of the smaller parts I need for the build. I also should have my long arms from Andy late aug or early sept then I'll be seeing if a BB and long arms works lol
