BRAIN DAMAGED TJ build

Moab was a awesome trip can not wait until I'm able to go back again. But when you pay to play mine cost me a 35 copper stt pro popped one on Moab Rim Trail and then on the last day last trail on Cliffhanger I grenaded my rear spartan locker that took out my ring&pinion with it and since we were so far out I had to drive it back to the trailer like it was well it took the bearings too. But all is well its back at Buckeye performance for new gears, grizzly full case locker, and bearings.
Want to thank Chris Ellis at Buckeye performance for building one hell of a jeep and for fixing it back

What was the condition where your spartan bit the dust?

I heard Moab was chewing up and spitting out non full case lockers

11th

A huge ledge, The traction out there just eats up lunchbox lockers

If there are pics of carnage I'd like to see them. Interested if the cross pin broke first or if the gears of the spartan went kaboom. Chromo axle shafts too?

After many bent wheels while wheeling and one very bent wheel that about ripped the bead. So after that I bought some outer beadlocks and then had Mudpro cut me out the inner weld on beads plus another set for a spate tire. I also got a fellow student that's taking the cnc-plasma course to cut me out 1/4 thick and 3/4 of inch wide inner bead to strengthen up the bead so I don't bend thoses too. I was able to weld up one and 3/4 of another . I did this to make installation easier when all is said and done. Wheels and inner weld on beads prepared for welding.

Upgrades as of late. I went with Metalcloak arched front fenders the destructions said a 4hr install but in reality it was more like 20hrs of prep and install time. Then i upgraded the front axle assembly from a high pinion dana 30 to a G2 high pinion dana 44 (jk center section) it has 4.88 gears with cromos shafts, and a eaton E-locker.. ran into clearance issues with my steering and my brand new track bar. So we had to find someting that would work. So now u have a offset steering from rustys offroad and a hiem style track bar.
