The number of trade offers to cash offers I get is about 10-1. I tell em the only trade Im interested is for $100 bills.

To which I reply,Today,tommorow,or next month its $X amount.That cash today comment means your suppose to sell it half price,right??

Ive done similar.Raise the price by $50 and when they say its was listed for $50 less I ask them why they ask if they knew the price.They knew the price they were just hopin you forgot.
 
All of my sales include a 12 pack of coke for the garage fridge.
