been a rediculous cpl days. worked til 10 fri night, got up at 3 sat morn worked til 6:30, loaded up was in greensboro by 8, hooked up with Billy at alliance hose; great guy and knows his stuff in the plumbing of the buggy. never, NEVER, will i plumb one at home, he made it way to easy and we were done by 3! Jason and i had a cpl beers with our favorite hooters girl, came home and worked til 3am this morn routing wires and tying up the plumbing. gonna get back at it here in a few minutes.
items accomplished past 24hrs;
remote mounted winch control box, winch wired, welder mounted and wired, all fuel lines, brake lines and trans lines tied to chassis and heat sheilded. all fuel lines and steering lines were sleeved with silicone fire hose. filled up the fuel cell. radiator and overflow plumbed. computer mounted, engine wired, headlight switch mounted, battery kkill mounted, all battery cables cut, terminated, soldered and heat shrunk.
Plumbing that BIlly did sat;
stainless hard line from orbital to bulkheads, flex hose to cylinder, cooler and pump, entire brake system, braided stainless fuel lines and transmission lines. All fittings were jic/an. aircompressor plumbed to tank.
