Copper Crawler buggy build

be happy to roger; want that before or after it gets wrapped or both?

here's some preliminary artwork

all of the lettering was just a display of what they can do. we meet tomorrow for some final touches and refinement

whattya think, yay, nay, adjust, more less?

roof will have a company logo rather than skull work, and i think the skulls will be ghosted in the flames throughout.

suggestions? BlownJK?

that looks wicked!...those two designs spliced together turned out very cool!

dunno about the lettering on the sides, but the rest of it is lookin badass!

I think covering that purdy hood up with a sticker would be sad!

mucho thanks to jason and billy(lucent) for all the help thru this build. could not have done it without their help.

soon we start on building a new shop and backhalfin both of their CJ-5's

no letter's and less green on the hood you need more black to shine through just my 2 cents the build is comming together nice.

P.S when you get done holler at me if you need any help hahah

thats exactly what i was thinking. more black/ more spacing of flames.

help.....you so funny:fuck-you::rolleyes::lol:

Which way do you have that fan setup to blow on the trans cooler?

I run the same fan/cooler(if that's from Jegs), and it looks like it should be a puller, but i found it moves A LOT more air set up as a pusher and runs quieter as well. Probably moves 2-3x the air. I actually flipped mine around in the mount once i found that out, so it may be worth looking into on yours.

Love the build.. hate the art work..

reminds of all the stupid "custom" choppers that have been built over the years.

it is from jegs and the motor is reversible, thanks for the tip, i will check it both ways.

i just left the gaphics shop, we toned it down quite a bit, not so monster truckish. this was the best suggestion i had for artwork when i did a makeshift poll in this thread. i would have liked to have had a hundred opinions then, but didn't,. BlownJK gave me this idea and i think it will look very good once fine tuned.
i appreciate your opinion and am very glad you have enjoyed the build! next winter i will be doin the copper skins and powdercoat, as i had originally planned. those will probably be for lighter trail days though. thanks again.

I'd paint the whole damn thing white and be done with it already. And when I say the whole thing I mean the whole thing. Frame axles wheels chassis and body. Just kiddin bro, damn thing is lookin good. Can't wait to see it next Friday.

I'm ready for the smokey burn out in the building with the paint glowing thru, oh with the neon green rock lights under neath. Any accent lighting going on it?

that sounds pretty damn cool, but i wouldn't be the first person to accidentally drive thru the back of my shop and knock the wall off the anchors!:wheel:

yes ther will be led strip lighting around the full chassis perimeter for night runs. went with white though, wasn't sure of paint scheme at time of ordering. they will all be hidden from view and should also shine thru some of the speedy holes.

bring on the rattle can white brad:flipoff2:

thanks to Will at four wheel parts for the research and help finding the air switch assembly for the Viair/ARB combo! awesome dude!

not much done today but alotta running around grabbind all that miscelaneous bull:poop:. a buggy sure does $200 dollar you to death.

gave myself a crash course on shock charging tonight and got it to ride height. thanks to Brandon and RKBJR for the tips and info.
