That thing is long!
That’s a great price, I’d runnit! I also wouldn’t even paint it, but whatever floats your shop.Looking for some thoughts on insulation. When I was building my shop, I got quotes for spray foam ($7500 for just the ceiling) and fiberglass with metal siding for a ceiling ($5000). I was tired of spending money (broke) and decided to stay the course and just put up the double bubble foil backed.
Heat gain isn't terrible, but I'd like a little more help in the ceiling. How terrible would it be to put this ag board (1-1/2 polyiso) and paint it with white latex paint? The Internet says the laytex will adhere to the foam board. Found some for $15/20ft sheet so the price point is right on.

love the flat wood trimI just realized I never posted finished bathroom pics. I still have a little trim paint touch up and paint on the vanity (neither of which I'll likely do).
Homemade septic system is holding up well. Had my son's 6th birthday party here a few weeks back and with a gazillion people using the toilet no turds were floating in the yard.

How high are your garage walls, that "shelf" loft and the roof peak in the center? This place is turning into more of a hangout space than workspace, and im not mad about it

Eaves are 14' precisely for the loft. Loft floor is 9' from shop floor. The horizontal 2x6's on the walls are 3' centered vertically for reference. Im 6'2" and i can walk all the way around on the loft until I get to the closest lower 2x6 on the trusses. @jeepinmatt could walk all the way wall to wall. I could reach up and stick my hand in the exhaust fan if I were so inclined. From floor of loft to roof peak is probably 10'.How high are your garage walls, that "shelf" loft and the roof peak in the center?
This is what I'm thinking I'd like to do when I build mine but unsure how the headroom will work out.
