To remove the broken tank just apply some sparks!Until a hole gets worn in it from a piece of steel rubbing through it

Its possible..got some good job offers in hickory so if we can find descent housing then yeah we hope. Clover is too small/old, dead end job that sucks so its time to move on..I'm hoping and praying anyways! Are you moving again? I saw you had the vehicle canopy and wooden floor for sale on Facebook the other day.
No point he wouldn't listen, let alone understand the concept. The NC4x4 community spent so much time talking about forces, they forgot to teach you about moments.
Well sir I'm not bragging by no means but I've been welding with my welder long enough and been "cobbling" up stuff all my life on jeeps and no out of the norm breakage...I started out ..then before I knew it 40..(on 37s that's like 48) lol. With Chevy leafs in back and big bastard pack in front it doesn't bounce that bad considering no shocks. Gotta wait for some funds to get descent long travel setup. You should have spent the money on a proper hi-steer setup instead of cobbling together this.... "thing". I'm going to be running SOA on my Willys and the steering setup is one of the most important aspects of vehicle safety. I will be spending the time and money to do it correctly and safely. You can't put a price tag on your life or the life of someone else. The fact that you took that down a gravel road at 40mph with no shocks is insane.
That's cool and brilliant..I guess the little play I feel in it would be that movement in the heim? Thank u, I have plenty of bushings laying around!JF look at the end of this thread below. I used shock bushings to make wobble stoppers for the tie rod.
It definitely wouldn't hurt to do this on yours also.
Pic and description.
Works great. I've needed to replace them once since then. The rubber ones didn't last. The urethane ones work great.

Should I do it on drag link heims too?JF look at the end of this thread below. I used shock bushings to make wobble stoppers for the tie rod.
And its a Lincoln that btw, once learned on well enough, can burn 5/16"easy on .30wire.. With it setup like this, you are relying solely on the strength and integrity of your harbor freight welder/welds
Run the bom on Dana's website and it'll tell you what that axle is out of.The rear D60 needs wheel cylinder bad..anyone can help with what year dodge or Chevy 60 to look up...advanced didn't show anything but scout 2 with reg d44..thank you

On page two I have pics, part # and description of what I did to crest a wobble stopper to keep the tie rod from rolling.
The first ones I made were rubber. The second set were urethane and lasted much longer.
How is that OEM drag link adjuster connected to the new half of the drag link?
Lol lol lol..(everything was going just fine till he said that) Haha Haha that gave me good laugh!!hate you pointed that out. Now I had to look.
I threaded a huge nut on there and did couple passes...its . Since someone pointed out the whole steering is dependent on my welds...that is the only thing I'm confident about hahaha (true though)How is that OEM drag link adjuster connected to the new half of the drag link?
