I looked through the interwebs for the CNN report from 1991 about how a Sheriff's Department Rapid Reaction Unit surrounded a small property in Hillsboro, Oregon. They rounded up about six 14-19 year olds using dogs, AR-15s and shotguns. It was due to a similar issue with a nosy neighbor calling in a bogus report. After the deputies had all the kids cuffed and on theirs knees, they realized something wasn't right. They talked to the 19 year old who had just finished BUDS school with the navy and release the kids with a good laugh. Oh yeah, nevermind. There was no press there. We just laughed our asses off about being scared shitless. I guess we didn't have a capitalized color before our titles of "kids".Can somebody explain to me why Black is capitolized?
