Lots of interesting news today

I bought my wife a card. If it will possibly give me a better chance at you know what, I'm buying the damn card.
That makes it sound like a rather transactional deal that is illegal in most states.

Oh wait, there's a certain probability to it.
Which just makes it gambling.

If it is a game of chance then yes that makes it illegal. But if it is a game of skill then you are ok! ;)

the best part of this is learning there's actually a town in SC called Indian Land
That's were my wife works. Their stadium is called "the reservation"

But they do tax on title 2 firearms.
Which is a interesting sticking point with the whole NFA. But I believe they justify it by specifying unique firearms and items like suppressors. San Jose is trying to implement this for any and all firearms. So, no way Jose..

No where does the constitution say owning a firearm should be cheap or easy...

Is what they'll say
Now apply that to voting.

I'm thankful to the San Jose City Council for passing this and getting it on the books. It can now move through the court system and get up to the supreme court in a timely manner where it will be struck down so hard we'll be able to hear the bitch slap from here.

After that, it will be decided law and be safe for a couple generations.

It's not about popular opinion in a leftist area of the US. So, the more laws they throw up, the more chances to clarify the 2A for the high court.

You know why I hate her?
Shit like this is why kids aren't allowed to be given hand-made food in schools anymore.

Fuckin' it up for everyone. [literally in this case?]

You're not wrong, but looks like there's a lot more to this one:
"The 36-year-old accepted a guilty plea deal on Monday in exchange for standing as a witness against her now ex-husband Dennis.
Dennis worked as a sheriff’s deputy in their town...and he now faces 150 charges including many alleged sex crimes."

FTMF :kaioken:

I can't imagine jail life being very good for an ex-deputy convicted of sex crimes.
