Lots of interesting news today

She thought apologizing would show people that she has the right opinions in hopes that the hounds would not come for her... but the hounds don’t care about your virtues, only your sins, and since sins change from minute to minute they will come for you eventually.

Well, If she quits The View, she can finally leave the US like she promised too back in 2015!

The last thing I remember paying attention to out of Whoopi Goldberg's mouth was about 30 years ago when I watched either Sister act, or ghost.

Racist? I'm confused bc homeland security already said the last election was the most secure election in US history.
this decision has nothing to do with security. It's about not following the letter of how the PA state constitution is written wrt how voting regs are enacted.

So if a voting method is Unconstitutional, what does that mean for votes cast in that way during the last (and any preceding) election?
Nothing. Just like when the past various racially repressive rules (e.g. Poll Tax) were deemed unconstitutional, they didn't change the past.

Its gonna impact their upcoming primaries that are in only 3 months though.

Honestly it was a little of both. If you commit a crime in the past, you can be punished for it. I also know that nothing will happen.

But if you are convicted based on unconstitutional processes (that are recognized as such) the conviction is overturned.

Also, all crimes are committed in the past you dipshit :flipoff2:

I'm pretty sure you completely missed my point. Again. You dipshit :flipoff2:

And you, mine. Note the irony.

We'll just revel in our mutual dipshittedness and carry on.

To further elaborate, if you committed a crime based on an unconstitutional law, and the law was ruled unconstitutional, your conviction is overturned. Therefore if you committed an <election>, and the way the <election> was held was unconstitutional, would the <election> be overturned?

You'd think so, but history says no. That was my point.

Which was my original point. Whatever. I'm not even mad. This is fun. :D
