Isn't that the same pump that Ford and Dodge use? Pretty sure this is a well known issue for the last decade amongst most manufacturers. Not saying it's right, just that it is common knowledge that pump failure requires replacing the entire fuel system because of the metal particles in everything. This is part of why there is a whole industry devoted to diesel fuel filtration to ensure that crap doesn't take out the fuel pump.

Dodge used cp3 up until 2019. Now they use the cp4. They claim they addressed the issues gm was having.

How much frame flex is too much? It still flexes a little. Gonna add some more plates on that side but it still definitely flexes some even with two 3/8x1-1/4 plates on the inside and 3/16 plates on the outside.

Gonna add this too to help. I may end up plating the passenger side outside frame rail.
