I am flatly asking which other first world country on this entire planet that also has police that act as stated and @Lizooki (or you, if you wish) would rather live in than here.
In other words, yes there are other places where police do that, but do you actually want to live there?

we have rules and laws about keeping the roads open and free....and we pay the police to enforce those things
some mental midgets get in the road and cause problems, they are to be removed, as we have agreed/voted upon. this is part of our CURRENT law enforecment duties. Not socialism, not communism, not a dicatorship, not anything besides what we have now.
no need to move, compare, or wish a different style of gov't

No, You've already established the police tactics and government policyies regarding them...Now he's asking you to pick the country based on them, and evaluate the rest of the government over reach and disregard for citizen's rights. As well as an economy and tax level you can tolerate.
The point is that every country makes compromises, what compromises can you tolerate? The country you want doesn't exist.

we have laws about who can be on freeways and how to deal with obstructions. already on the books. we assume the police will enforce those rules. not asking for overreach or gestapo tactics.
strange that ANYONE would allow and tolerate misguided ignorant children to block rush hour traffic. Compromise? Are there laws or are there not? What if someone had pushed a broken down car into the road with some type of political speech on it? The cops would just let it sit there?
no one is talking about disregarding any people's rights. except the morons that are getting in the way of free travel rights on tax payer funded interstates. your right to be an idiot stops at my skin.
i often wonder how we got here, and another piece of the puzzle falls into place.
