So other than these travelers being in china sometime within the past 16 days there seems to be no risk involved.

When I get old old, I'm not gonna want to just go to sleep and not wake up. I think this guy was doing what he wanted and knew full well the potential to die was high. But he didn't want to be the "go peaceful in the night" guy so he died in a rocket crash. I give him a thumbs up. Rock on brother.
