oh, and if you mis-mark your voting ballot and put it in the counting machine, its done. You don't get a re-do. Thats why you read and pay attention. Are we to call up every voter now to make sure that they didn't 'make a mistake' so the vote count is recounted 10 times?

Sounds like both sides are cherry-picking here. No surprise of course.

What I really don't get thought is this part:
"civil right organization the Southern Coalition for Social Justice. (Before becoming a judge, Riggs was a leader of the group)"

What is the baseline for being non-partisan enough to be qualified to be a judge? Obviously the answer these days is anything. Has it always been that bad? Don't we have more neutral candidates? Does that even matter in a red vs blue world?

But I’m also the guy that only rents cars on business trips and won’t hesitate to return a car on empty.

no one checked over my ballot and then called me to ask if I 'really' meant to fill it out the way I did. it was counted if 'legit' and not if not. There are 150 million ballots to tally.

Oh, and even people without law degrees can be Judges as long as you shake the right hands. Even the Las Vegas 'judge' that Trump just pardoned didn't have a law degree.
