Lots of interesting news today

I was about to say "don't exaggerate" then I did the math... Yep, about 482 employees = one F/A-18.

I had someone at Fort Cavazos (aka Fort Hood) propose that we cancel the entire civilian Redux for Forces Command. We'd just need to cancel the tasking they received for parade support on 14 June. It's estimated at $50 million. That is BEFORE they account for all the road damage that the tracked vehicles will do to the streets.
Its also about the same cost as having a million people spend 5 minutes writing 5 accomplishments every week for 10 weeks.

Or you could get a crack team of 25 specialists and have them work on some super tough problem for 10 years. But why would we do that?

You spend five minutes writing those?

I use NIPRGPT and copy/paste.

Holdup, wut?
"Deputies detained each of the seven teenagers and released them to their parents."

You mean they couldn't find anything to pin on those wonderful children who were so poor they had to carpool to the church shooting match?

diversity is our strength!!!

oh, and if you mis-mark your voting ballot and put it in the counting machine, its done. You don't get a re-do. Thats why you read and pay attention. Are we to call up every voter now to make sure that they didn't 'make a mistake' so the vote count is recounted 10 times?

wral is wral-ing

Sounds like both sides are cherry-picking here. No surprise of course.

What I really don't get thought is this part:
"civil right organization the Southern Coalition for Social Justice. (Before becoming a judge, Riggs was a leader of the group)"

What is the baseline for being non-partisan enough to be qualified to be a judge? Obviously the answer these days is anything. Has it always been that bad? Don't we have more neutral candidates? Does that even matter in a red vs blue world?

Looks like at least hertz has a few options, just like gas stuff

Avis is similar - Electric Car Rental - Book Online Today
With the time it takes to find a charger and charge the battery… nope!

But I’m also the guy that only rents cars on business trips and won’t hesitate to return a car on empty.

no one checked over my ballot and then called me to ask if I 'really' meant to fill it out the way I did. it was counted if 'legit' and not if not. There are 150 million ballots to tally.

Oh, and even people without law degrees can be Judges as long as you shake the right hands. Even the Las Vegas 'judge' that Trump just pardoned didn't have a law degree.

This seems super fishy.

It will be interesting to hear learn more details.
I'm just hear to learn more about Duran Duran

(you may be too young to know about the union of the snake )
