Bead rolling?

Gonna try some bead rolling in the thinner panels.

Rear cab panel is done with some bead rolling for stiffness.

Made new rolled front tube fenders out of 1.75 DOM to follow the hood lines. Previous tubes were 1.5 DOM and didnt match up well with the rest of the tube work.

I'm gonna do something different. Throwing around a couple ideas right now but havent settled on one.

All of the interior panels are cut and fitted. Still working on the instrument cluster cover so that one isnt installed.

Cutting trim pieces for the instrument cluster on the router. It makes a hell of a mess but is pretty simple.

Rear storage deck is done. Still trying to decide if I want to carry two action packers, or an action packer, quart crate, CO2, or some other combination. Decision, decisions.

Instrument panel is done with new trim work and cover. It was a pain and took several tries to get it right. Im not 100% happy with it but it will do for now. Long term plan is to switch over to Autometer gauges or something similar.

And the payoff...loaded up this morning to go to Superlift ORV in Hot Springs, AR. Nothing says wheeling like wrenching up to the last minute.
