dude listen, that's something that you don't do very well. just listen.
lets harken back to the days of yore- when there were REAL trails everywhere, the only aftermarket parts were sold in the black and white ads of National Tire and Wheel in the 'wheeling magazines- back when 33"s were BIG and 4" of lift was unimaginable- only one guy out of 10 had winches. back when all the the solid axle yotas were all still rust free daily drivers. way before internet, computers and when Galloways and Tarheel were relevant. Im talking the Golden Age of 4wheeling in NC and buddy you really missed it (and Im damn glad you did). There was Globe, Pond Mtn, Callalante, Crackers Neck, Tellico, Uwharrie, Brown Mtn, even TN had Oak Ridge, the Obed River, on and on and on. Im talking TRAIL RIDING. Not wheeling in a super cool 160 acres (which I am super thankful for), Im talking TRAIL RIDING. Look around. The buggies that you hate so much, the old beat up veteran CJ's (CJ5's dammit!!) , the old fullsize trucks, the Tellico cab trucks held together with bailing wire that have had more 'wheeling experience in one Ujoint than your rig will ever, ever have. That's not opinion, that's FACT. Those guys know why you need winches, big engines, rollcages, spare parts, heavy duty axles etc. BECAUSE YOU NEEDED THEM TO GET HOME. When you roll over - winch. When you are mired up frame deep in goo and its pouring down rain and every else is broken too- HP (wheel speed). Tires weren't cut- they were shitty and we learned to deal with it. You were good if you could afford matching sets - hell, I ran Helicopter pad with open differentials and mismatched 31" recaps you little snot nosed fawker- but I got real tires and built a real rig ASAP because that's whats REQUIRED. We still have those rigs, but weve all but lost the trails You needed heavy duty because it aint always rainbows and lollipops - if you haven't been ass deep in a TRUE trail with horrible rain coming in so bad you cant see, so steep you cant stand up, and the 15 guys you are with- 10 have something broken and you hear winches running everywhere and V8's roaring like its a damn war zone then YOU AINT BEEN WHEELING. NOW with that said, when WE the old school die hard wheelers tell you to shut the fuck up and listen like you should, its not real polite for you to go mouthing off, you haven't earned that right yet, now have you. Its good that you are excited, that's dandy. But the dribble that you are spewing is like telling me how to catch 700# tuna in high seas with 200# class rods when all you've done is caught a trout in a pay pond with corn. Just hide in the corners and listen before youre booted off the board, AGAIN. Just listen, pay attention and quit tying up the board, dammit. I wouldn't be so upset for the 'customers' that you deal with apparently don't know any better. I cant imagine what BS you've put in their heads.
congratulations, you spent $300 worth of labor making a shitty tire work. theyre called BOGGERS
