Oh cool deal! It's a great axle setup! Enjoy them.

I really don’t need them, but have a few people interested. Thankfully you had the whole parts list for them and pics of the patterns. Ready to see what all you do next to it. Heard it was impressive as hell from a buddy.

Tell him thanks! It's definitely gotten a tad out of control on the rebuild. HAHA! Check it out on IG too. It's the same screen name as my NC4x4 name. I post alot more there because uploading pics to the forum is a PITA.

On your rear truss what size dimple dies and plate are you using? They look perfectly formed. Mine don’t do so hot on 3/16 but 16ga and 11ga they look good.

Hey man. I'm using 1/8" for the front and back of truss. Top plate is 1/4".

Got a little more done. Front bumper stops and limit strap mounts are in. Fully cycled. Everything clears okay.

AND I ended up buying 40” nittos and mounted onto my new Procomp Trilogy Race beadlocks. This photo is about 2.25” below right height.

Rear axle checked for clearances and fully welded. It felt really good to get this part check off of my to-do list. Headed to get gears, shafts and locker installed today.

Been busy getting everything painted, ready for final install and starting to see how it’s going to look. It’s sitting about 2” below ride height. I got it as low as I could without hitting the tub. Had to trim the tub bracing underneath. Genright tank is in for good as well.

here are a few of the detail shots of front and rear.

One photo shows how I welded a tube on the backside of the frame on each side so the Genright tank is solid and not just bolted with a sleeve in between.

Exhaust is complete. I built it to run all the way out the back. I hate the drone sound and my wife isn’t a fan of the exhaust fumes so I added a high flow catalytic converter as well. Should sound good but not too annoying for highway and trail days.

I always wondered why their frame sleeve kit included such a long bolt and sleeve. I ended up using less than a 1/2” of it. The tank skid butts up against the frame on the 23 gal tank

Fuel lines routed and shock reservoirs mounted. Jeep runs again too. Time to work on hydro assist install.

AGR Hydro assist going in. Picked it up used on NC4x4. Cleaned up and just need to add the hydro ram mount on the axle and tie rod. happy with the AGR parts so far. Pump went in seamlessly. Let’s just hope it all works well!
